Website Terms of Use
The Training Consultants website is operated by Training Consultants, LLC. Your
use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This site and all materials, media, and other elements appearing on the site, except
where otherwise noted, are the sole property of Training Consultants, LLC. Training
Consultants, the Training Consultants logo, and trainingconsultants.com are the
trademarks of Training Consultants, LLC.
This site is for the legal use of Training Consultants customers and prospective
customers only. Unauthorized use and/or access to the Training Consultants website
and the information contained therein is prohibited and will be prosecuted to the
full extent possible under the law.
This site may contain links to other sites operated by third parties and you acknowledge
that Training Consultants shall not be held responsible for the contents of these
sites.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information,
Training Consultants shall reserve the right to cancel any order placed for the
product. If payment has already been made, Training Consultants shall promptly issue
a credit for the amount of the charge.
Privacy Policy
Training Consultants maintains a strong commitment to the privacy of our customers
and the information they provide us. We use the information provided to fulfill
orders and provide service, as well as inform you about new products or services
which may be of interest to you. We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise release
customer information to any third party.
Training Consultants Order Terms & Conditions
Placing an order with Training Consultants constitutes your acceptance of the following
policies:
Online Course Policy. The purchase of an Online Course gives the
registered user the license to use the materials for exam preparation study purposes
only for a term consisting of 1) one year, or 2) until the user has passed the exam,
whichever occurs first. Once the user has logged into the course, no refunds will
be granted. All online products are single-user licenses and any sharing or other
abuse will result in immediate suspension without a refund.
Live Courses Policy. Registration in a live class allows the customer
to attend the corresponding class up to two times (“one free repeat”) within one
year of the original registration. "Repeat" attendance is subject to availability.
Class schedules are subject to change or cancellation at the sole discretion of
Training Consultants. A refund is available to any candidate who does not attend
any portion of a live class in which his/her attendance has been prepaid. Customers
who receive course materials before their class attendance will be refunded the
amount prepaid for the class minus the value of the materials received. Product
refund details are detailed separately in this policy. After one year or once the
user has attended any portion of the class, no refunds will be granted. Registrations
in live classes are non-transferable after any portion of a class is attended.
Products Policy. A full refund will be granted to a customer who
has purchased a product that 1) returns the product within fifteen days of its order
date, 2) has not used the product in any capacity, and 3) the product is free from
any damage. After a product has been used or damaged, no refund can be granted.
General Refund Policy. Refunds will be granted solely to the customer
on record who paid for the item(s) being returned. Refunds for orders that were
paid for with a credit card will be credited back to the original card. Orders paid
for with cash or a check will be refunded by check.
